How I approach my work
I've never been content staying within a single lane. Much of my career has been shaped by a willingness to explore new disciplines, learn new skills, and take on challenges that fall outside my formal responsibilities.
That curiosity has led me into areas ranging from brand strategy and licensing to digital platforms, web development, emerging technologies, and artificial intelligence. While the tools and disciplines continue to evolve, the motivation remains the same: understanding how things work, identifying opportunities for improvement, and finding practical ways to create value.
I believe some of the most meaningful contributions come from people who are willing to keep learning, ask good questions, and bring ideas from one field into another. The more connections we make between people, disciplines, and technologies, the more opportunities we create to solve problems in new ways.

For more than 20 years in collegiate athletics, I've been drawn to the projects that sit outside the ordinary job description—the ones that require connecting people, solving problems, building consensus, and finding a path forward. Whether leading a department-wide brand transition, developing digital platforms, growing licensing revenue, or tackling special initiatives, I enjoy turning complex challenges into practical solutions. My experience spans brand and digital strategy, licensing revenue growth, project leadership, and institution-wide initiatives. I do my best work when bringing together diverse stakeholders, organizing moving parts, and helping teams make progress on important work. I enjoy finding clarity in complexity and creating practical solutions that help people and organizations move forward.
