Brand Management
Manage the athletics brand. Enlisted outside branding agency, SME, to develop and create brand guidelines, style guides, and look tools for brand consistency. Partnered with Brandfolder as a digital asset management tool for Athletics staff and external distribution. Educate staff regarding consistent brand messaging.

Digital Media
Manage the digital media efforts of the department overseeing the design and functionality of the official athletic site, texastech.com, the relationship with the website provider SIDEARM Sports, the official gameday apps, and other targeted, creative digital media opportunities.

Marketing & Promotions
Led the marketing, promotions, advertising, and in-game experience for all 17 intercollegiate sports, overseeing three assistant marketing directors and student assistants, ticket sales efforts, database marketing, social media, and both print and digital graphic design. Supervised in-house corporate sales efforts and ticket sales teams.

Ticket Operations & Ticket Sales
Utilized Paciolan ticketing platform to build facilities, and sell, renew, and allocate tickets. Customer service centric.
