Committees & Task Forces

Have had the opportunity to serve on several committees and task forces. Often serve on multiple sub-task forces to facilitate communication between the charges of each group.

NIL | Name, Image, & Likeness Task Force

Served on both the Recruiting & Personal Brand Building task force and Education, NCAA Governance & Risk Management task force in preparation for expanded opportunities for student-athletes to profit from their name, image, and likeness.

Compiled and housed all things NIL on Sharepoint for ease of reference and review.

COVID-19

Served on four task forces to better facilitate communication between the groups: Facilities, Communications, Return to Work - Employees, & Student-Athlete Return.

"Strategy to Win" Brand Pillar Committee

Member of committee to discuss and explore ideas and direction for brand needs across the department.

"Strategy to Win" Recruiting Staff Committee

Co-chair of recruiting staff committee charged with identifying and creating efficiencies for recruiting across all sports as well as to enhance innovation and collaborations for recruiting efforts for all of TTU athletics.

Strategic Plan Implementation

Implementation team charged with tracking our goals and tasks.

I used Teamwork Project Management to load the department Strategic Plan into the shared platform for assignment and tracking.

Spirit of Raiderland Committee

Committee organized to bring together representatives of all entities and areas responsible for football game days to better coordinate and communicate on ideas and planning.

Committee organized to bring together community members and donors to expand the brand for football game days throughout the Lubbock community.
